You may want to let the author or Tor know about that. The Big Five don't like it when their books are listed but inaccessible, and no author enjoys it. Happened to me once with a self-published new release. Those of us who bought the book within the first couple of hours after it's released had the same problem: the amount was paid, the receipt was received (and showed up in "Purchase History"), but the book didn't appear in the library. Those who bought the book later had no problem at all.

I suspected the initial file had problem and they replaced the page entirely, which means when I clicked on the item link in my "Purchase History", I got an error page. It's like I'd bought a phantom book.

Anyway, I emailed them and soon the book appeared in my library. I could download it with the download button, but when I clicked on the title, it still led me to the error page. Well, as long as I can finally download the book, I don't really care.

Don't blame the author...I recently released a book there as a preorder. Being me, I tested the preorderability. Couldn't get it to work. I won't go into long, boring details, but it turns out that authors can't buy their own books via PREORDER, but we can buy them AFTER preorder--Only tech support didn't know that.

That said, they were professionals about it and quick to respond. It's just sometimes a bit convoluted.
