I read the 6 in the Fever and I am reading Burned right now. I loved all of them, the first the least. I found Mac annoying in the first.

I totally loved Iced too. I know some had issues with Dani, I didn't. It was a masterpiece of world building to me. I don't think I'll ever read anything like that again, not for lack of trying to find it though. . I don't think I a clear here, I mean it will be hard to find such amazing stories in other books and the incredible world building.

I have already been sucked into the world again like I never left. Its kind of eerie how I don't want to "open" my eyes and leave when I have to put the book down. Its not really a place I want to be either, but its so gripping. I am only 13 % in so just starting on Burned and already I went

So yeah, I sure will love this one too. I think there was some expectations of POV for some readers. Me? I just go along for the ride around that weird and baffling place. And read in daylight in case the Hag comes back.

Me too. The entire series have been 4s & 4.5s for me. I gave up on Google figuring out what they were doing and bought it from Amazon before the price goes back up. Starting it now!

My problem with ICED was the heroine was 14 years old and there was very older men looking at her in a way that made it creepy and just disgust me. Dani's dialogue sometimes annoyed me too but it was the other that just made me want to stop reading.

I'm rereading the Fever series before I read Burned. I've loved them all but I flew through them the first time because I had to know what happened next. This time I'm reading more slowly to just simply enjoy the world building and character development.

Personally, I had no problem with Dani's age in Iced. The situations with older men were realistic but understandably they can be triggers.
