Kenneth Roberts died in 1957, but that doesn't necessarily mean that "Oliver Wiswell" is PD in Canada. I wish it were so; my appetite for it has been whetted.

I did not receive a reply to my last few emails. I was busy at work and forgot about it until yesterday. I started a new email complaint letting them know that I have not received a reply to my last few messages since July 25th. This is their latest reply.

In my opinion, it's Kenneth Roberts's major novel.

I tried to download it via Nook for PC and got "We are experiencing technical difficulties" for my trouble. Can't read it online either.

That's the same story with me. It's listed, but one cannot download it.

I have no idea about the legality but on each page of the file it says - Produced by UNZ. Electronic reproduction prohibited.

It looks like the pages are up at archive.org but not in a unified book format. They say the book is "under review" whatever that means. I can't figure why it is even up as html or rtf files if it is "under review."
