We were expecting a tenth of an inch and got nothing but delayed schools and salty roads. It did not rain any after 8:00pm. But, hey, made for great traffic this morning!

Well ... we did get a glaze of frozen rain/ice - on the cars, stairs, decks, bridges, etc. Roads were OK - just needed sand on the ramps & bridges.

I had to use de-icer on my door lock to get into the car ... it is still wearing its icy shell ... but got to work OK.

Well, it's been a dark, cold, rainy day, but it started out as freezing rain. We had some amazing multi-vehicle accidents on local interstates before local governments figured out they had to close them. By noon it had warmed up enough that the ice melted and we were just getting cold rain under a very dark sky.
