Just had to give you some shizzle

I polished off the last of the homemade tomato aspic from the holiday meal we went to. I really should make it more often

10 more minutes in the oven, and we'll sit down to a New Year's Eve lasagna!
Haven't had it in ages and as we'll need some food in the house for the next few days (everything is closed here,) left-over lasagna can't be beat!

As much as I love Chicken, I'm opting for a little more chicken of the sea vibe so it's a tuna time for me. Not exactly snack material for others but I have developed a great sense of admiration on making (and tasting) the best tuna sandwich in our block. I still add hot sauce for the kicks.

We must be on the same page. I made Japanese nori maki yesterday (what you might call 'sushi rolls') using canned tuna, then today made Vietnamese spring rolls using the rest of the can!
