For those wanting the N647 image, I don't have one at the moment. But, please check the model number in case it is actually an N647B.

Thanks for the image David. Sorry to report did not fix problem as sdcard was corrupt. I was wondering if there is a way to create new sdcard?

Hello All,
My wife's KOBO seems to have crapped out during an update and now it will not detect any books. I can see books when connected to the computer but not when I start up the reader. I have tried all the different resets. Can I please get a copy of the internal sd image for a KOBO n647.
