I don't know the magic either. I'm an associate for them and *I* can't get the announcements, specials (which I'm happy to blog about) etc. I've signed up for email stuff about 3 times. Hasn't ever worked. I check with my "associate manager" now and then and learn some of the lists/deals/links, but it's not automated.

I usually get an email announcing the monthly contests ... the day after they start.

Yes, but they only give you 10 percent coupons if I recall your earlier post.

I have a Kobo Aura and have never got any emails. The only way I find out about contests is from this forum!

Not true! Last time around I got one 20% coupon and one 35% coupon -- the rest were 10%. By the end I was just hanging in to see how far it would go. (BTW, I used the 35% one!

)

I'd be interested, thanks. I ran out while doing some last-minute shopping on some couponable Kobo holiday promo and other sale titles at $5 and below after going back and harvesting old posts on this thread, although there's no telling if what gets posted will still be working after I get some sleep and can properly think about what else I might like to get.

Have you used sav50 on that account in the last couple of months, because it hasn't recycled again as far as I can tell.
