Into number 10 in the 12 of J R Ward's Black Brotherhood series, this one is slowing me down a bit as it all over the place with just too many strands and too many protagonists to keep up with. I will finish the last two this week and begin with someone entirely different in style and genre I think..time for a rest from Vampyre Life.....maybe time for some hard core mystery/thrillers? LOL

Which was a good tale about some events 20 years after the war. I liked it a lot, although I think the epilogue was unnecessary.

The book I am currently reading is What the Dead Know by Laura Lippman.

Thirty years ago two sisters disappeared from a shopping mall. And, OMG, I just finished reading The Martian and I have to say, it's the best hard sci-fi book I've read all year.

I've recently read The Martian and found it to be very good.

The only thing that was disappointing was the really poor fonts that were embedded in the eBook. Had to change them as they were not even that good with the front light on. I could not really read the monospace font with the front light on it was so light in weight.

Braille is you reading the words. Audiobooks is someone else reading the words to you. Very different.

Next I've just begun reading the 10th book of the Phryne Fisher mysteries series, Death Before Wicket by Kerry Greenwood.

I got about 1/4 through Death Before Wicket and because of the holidays kinda' stalled there! I did sneak in a fanfic short story in the Dresden Files universe called Good Intentions and it can be read here! It was excellent, I liked it a lot. It helped fill the time gap (I'm waiting patiently) between 'Skin Game' and the publication of the upcoming 'Peace Talks'.

I did try watching the Miss Fisher Mysteries and just could not get into the series.
