I'm using the imcoV6L reader from ImCoSys (www.imcosys.com) and I'm happy with them. I can install the Apps i wish and the Reader works fine for me. Onyx T68 I've tested before by their german distributor but the Frontlight from T68 have many issues when I comparing them with the imcoV6L.

The Illumina now comes with an App store from Good e-reader pre-installed. The press release can be found here http://194.33.112.113/~icarusre/open...news&news_id=3 and there's a Apps for e-ink section.
Link to the app store http://apps.goodereader.com/

This is now at the top of my list for a new reader.

Thanks for your reccommendations. I ordered Boyuae from aliexpress, so i can get refund if it is sent back by custom. Asked from banggood if they will give refund if retruned to them, but they told me not to order from them Anyway, installing apps thru computer is no problem for me because i only need few.

How is the idle battery life on the imcoV6L? Some of the other android eink readres seem to die on the shelf after 3 days. How is this one?

T62 is the best in the price/performance category.

Currently I have a rooted nook touch and have been thinking about upgrading to android based eink reader with front light. But have decided to hold on till an eink reader with android lollipop comes out. As I think Lollipop is really optimised for lower spec devices and with the new art runtime runs a lot smoother. My nook touch is working fine so dont need to update till it dies.

Harry, why didn't you tell me and others, such as in this thread, about the T68 wifi defect? Had you told me about it, I would never have bought it. You only say good things about the T68, but not it's defects. Are you on Onyx payroll or something?

This is good information.

I've actually been looking for the Android-Eink solution for nearly two years, and the Boyue T62 is sounding better and better all the time, especially since the battery issue has apparently been addressed.

I wonder if it's worth holding out until one of the Boyue units gets Lollipop (if that even happens), or if it's possible to upgrade to which on the t62 at some point..
