For anyone doing the survey I HIGHLY recommend Burn For Me by Ilona Andrews which was in my top 5 books this year. It's actually UF, not PNR, but there is a strong attraction between the two MCs so definitely a romance in later books (it's the first of a trilogy but I promise, no cliffhangers).

For that matter, I recommend all of the Andrews' books. The Kate Daniels series might be too UF for some, they have also written a really good PNR series starting with On The Edge. I only have a couple of authors that I will auto buy at FULL price, but they are on that list.

ARe is doing their 12 free books for Christmas promotion again this year. Today's book is Blank Canvas by Mari Carr. You do need to set up an account with them to get the book, but it will show as free at checkout.

The book is DRM free and available in PDF, mobi, and ePub. For those of you that have kindles but don't usually buy outside of Amazon, you can set up your ARe account so that you can have the book sent directly to your Kindle and don't have to side load.

It's only available in pdf format.

This week's book is Luck of the Dragon by Susannah Scott. I've read the second in this series and really liked it (I have a definite weakness for dragon shifters ) so I was pretty excited to get the first book free.
