Smiled at this. My phone is 6.4". Would like a Note 4 but it's too small at 5.7". Anticipating a 6" Note 5 next year. Maybe there will be two models of the Fire phone next time around, like the iPhone 6.

I hear you. I initially placed an order during the first round of the price drop. Then cancelled when I learned it had the old OS on it. Still not updated gives me pause. Plus no Prime radio stations! For now I'm sitting on the sidelines.

Just sent Amazon two feedbacks from the phone:

1-- When will you add Prime Stations?

2-- When will you upgrade the OS to 4.5.x?

I do not like 3.6.x. The experience is not the same as that of the Fire tabs. I may as well be using iOS.

Prime stations would be nice. They don't even have up firmware just the prime music app which doesn't come pre installed by the way.

And that's another dumb thing Amazon did - creating a Prime Music app separate from the built-in Music app. They didn't do that for the tablets. Prime Music is part of Music, not separate from it.

Wow, that is disappointing and surprising. Treated it like a regular Android device in that regard. That explains why there are no Prime radio stations. The Android app doesn't have it.

Update -- Amazon responded:

1-- in answer to my simple question about Prime Stations, they bent over backwards apologizing profusely for the inconvenience this has caused me; expressed concern about losing me as a customer; and forwarded my suggestion to the development team. Then they credited my account with $10. Unreal; it was just a question.

2-- for this question and negative comment, I got what I expected - the typical non-answer brush off --> sorry you didn't like OS 3.6.8... we eventually release updates... haven't announced any plans yet... we'll let you know when we do... yada, yada, yada... did I solve your problem?

Oh well; at least they have my feedback.

Well I had to cancel my Firefly [phone] My son bank card got hacked thru another online store [ea games ...orgin.com] So the bank & ea got that straighten out BUT I No Bank card to get the Prime features that come Free thru the phone purchase. While I can buy the phone with a Gift Cards Prime Wont except the Gift card for the Free yr. No way I buying a$200 phone! GRRR

The phone does make a nice back up reader.

I have it too it's horrible. It's the adhesive causing it. Wish I had a thumbs down emote.

I just at Midnite got Prime Music! Not an app when I hit music on my HD it had it! Course I cant even get the Free 30 days cause of No Cr Card

I bought my phone with gift cards I have no card associated and I have Prime. Unlike the trial which asks for a card the Prime is was auto activated the minute I registered my phone. I didn't have to do anything.
