I realised the other day that Squeeze's Cool For Cats is ripe for transmutation. I've just got to find the right circumstances.

And ... this is why I prefer my cats to having children or grandchildren. Although ... the most recent rescues did give me an awful case of ringworm ... so I guess no relationship is perfect.

Actually, Grandkids are the best thing since wonderbread! You borrow them, fill them up with sugar, and when they get to the stage that they are starting to get REALLY annoying and tearing through the house like a couple of crazed dervishes, you drive them home to their parents and drop them off. Excellent solution.

Yep, successfully survived the night Oh, and I had early-bird-coffee with some truck drivers. I guess, we were quite a sight: two huge guys looking like some sort of hell´s angels, inked all over, and me dressed like I was going for a board meeting. Tried to break the ice by saying Good Morning in deepest Bavarian slang, but they kept looking at me like I was some outer-space-thing...

That´s what we do with our friends´ and relatives´ dogs: You borrow them, feed them from the table, let them hunt rabbits in the park, allow them to chew your slippers, let them sleep in your bed and when you´ve spoiled them completely, you drive them home to their owners and drop them off.

Yes, I left at 5:30 AM and, thanks to an empty autobahn, got home in less than 4 hours. Zelda, in case you want to visit Germany and long for some adventures, I may recommend you a hotel. I mean, who needs Neuschwanstein Castle or the Oktoberfest when you can have a real thrill for only 29 EUR per night?
