I didn't watch the video, but I remember Christopher Reeves and Robin Williams being in it.

EDIT: Bobby McFerrin's own site says Bill Irwin. So why did I think for all these years that it was Christopher Reeves?

Bill Irwin was also in Robin Williams' Popeye movie. And I remember him doing a comedy routine on PBS with a very tall unicycle back in the 80s.
