I'm currently reading: The Baby & the Bodyguard by Jule Mcbride. I just love her books. So I've saved this one for two years but it's time to read it!

I'm convinced that no one writes Christmas Stand Alones anymore.

For those who didn't grab it the first time it was on sale but are interested after apesmom and I recommended it, Sweet Filthy Boy by Christina Lauren [book 1 of Wild Series] is on sale again for $2.00.

I linked her whole page because the first of her other series [Beautiful Bastard] is on sale for $.99 and book 2 for $2.99. IMO book 1 of that series was only a 3 star read, but as I posted earlier the rest of that series was rated much higher.

Thanks! I just got Beautiful #2. I also already read Book #2 of the Wild Series and really liked it. Looking forward to #3 next year.

So I finally got the lollipop update on my Nexus 7 today, mine skipped right to 5.0.1. I installed it immediately then did a bunch of app updates.

• So far no problems with Mantano.
• I did have a problem with Calibre Companion not working but it was probably related to a bad install (I was a version behind) and not due the Android update. I just finished uninstalling and reinstalling CC, so far it looks to be working OK.
• The email app has been migrated to the Gmail app so I'm getting used to that. And it failed to migrate one of my existing email accounts but it worked OK when I set it up again.
• I don't use Moon Read Pro all that much but it appears to be working correctly.
• Aldiko seems to be OK
• Chrome, Hangouts, Amazon App Store, Candy Crush, IMDb all good

Also an update of the Google rewards app now tells me I've earned $58 in a little over 12 months. Wow. Not bad.

Thanks for the info. I haven't gotten the notice to update yet. But since my main two apps (CC and Mantano) are in the clear, I will install the update to lollipop as soon as I get it. Thanks for taking the leap and letting us know

Do you have the Google Rewards app installed on your tablet? I just have it installed on my phone, never thought to put it on my tablet.

My too, that series is especially great. I recommend that one highly. Its the first in the series so its perfect.

I just got the Lollipop update on my Nexus and my main concern was Scribd still working, so far so good. Haven't checked Hoopla and One click digital yet, those are library audio book thingies.

Not sure if I like the new look, the pulling down of the notification, its now a 2 swipe. But then I don't like change . I also don't like the wifi icon. Its just a white thingy now without the definition of the lines. I am picky, I know.

As long as stuff works I am good though. Haven't checked all the apps yet.

Reading is still slow for me this month, just like the previous two.

Love seeing everyone's top 10. I am still waffling about mine. I started one of the books many seem to love, Shay Savage Transcendence and I am having real problems with it. It reads so jarring from the hero POV. Not really getting into that one yet. For someone that doesn't have the brain parts for speech (author note), he sure is thinking a lot of big words. I'll keep going though, still early.
I think its the tense maybe. I usually have a hard time identifying those. POV I can identify, but sometimes I can't put my finger on what is bothering me. English is not my first language and its been like almost 30 years since I was taught it in school along with some of its grammar.
