However, there are some really good titles at good prices in there. UK readers can get a Daphne DuMaurier for £2, and Alan Dean Foster's Icerigger Trilogy 3-book omnibus is a dirt-cheap $1.99 (couponable!) in the US (ORM usually has the same bargain promo prices in Canada if the titles aren't geo-restricted, but they seem to be only sporadically matched for this sale, unfortunately, though maybe they'll drop later).

I'm going to Fry's today. If I buy a US gift card, will I be able to use it when I travel, or is it only valid in the US Kobo store?

I used to buy them at Fry's specifically for traveling. My local Fry's sold out of the gift cards the past summer and I they haven't restocked them.

When I buy Canadian Kobo gift cards at Chapters, I can use them just fine in the US Kobo store (in fact, it's the only way I can apply a gift card amount in the US Kobo store, since redeeming the e-gift-certificates purchaseable online from Canada just didn't work for me at all any of the times I tried it).

So I imagine it should work just as well from the US to elsewhere.

Kobo needs to work on their accuracy. The Lord Peter Wimsey Mysteries is listed as $1.99 but when you go to the page it's $8.69 and promo codes don't seem to work either. And there are others that have two different prices there as well.

The LPW mysteries are part of the Open Road Media Cyber Monday sale, and it seems that multiple stores are kind of glitchy with the price-drops. Maybe they turned off couponage on ORM titles for the duration of the sale since the price-drops are meant to be pretty steep already.

I did find the books (Vols. 1-3 in one file) for $1.99 but it was over at Amazon. B&N also has it.

I noticed that the rebate offered by Ebates.com has gone back up to 10%, which is off the top in addition to the full value of any coupon discounts. I have no idea how long this may last or if it's just a Cyber Monday thing.

No codes work on the H20. The aura (not the H20) was 40 dollars off this weekend and that may still be on sale. If not, there was a coupon code that was working with the Aura...Perkopolis, I think.
