Overall, very impressed with Staples selection, prices and service.

Interesting. I wanted to get something at Staples BF before last, and the fact that you had to send in some paper form to get a discount sounded all fishy to me - that plus the restocking fee made me never go back in. At that time, they had told me it would take weeks to get the discount, so it did not sound too great.

Chose 2 day shipping, but cancelled because they said they refunded me the $15 difference. I can't verify if they actually did, so here's hoping.
It's weird, they said to me that they are making a one time exception to give me that refund, because i am such a good customer, but i thought it was something Amazon just did?! Does any if you have experience with this? I got them on a few occasions before in the past.

Before a certain date, you got ebook credits and there was no way to track them. If you've gotten these promo points recently then they are good for any digital good: ebook, mp3, video. You can see the balance under the mp3 and video slots in your gift card tracking (I usually look at it under any video title).

Read the fine print. The $6 can be used for mp3 or video, so you have a total of $8, not $14.

This is true. I have received four emails about getting a $1 credit for four no rush shipments that went out and under promos/credits when I check in instant video it shows $4 under MP3 and $4 under video. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find where they show ebook credits, but last week I redeemed the $2 that I had from previous shipments on a Kindle book and the $2 under MP3 and video disappeared.
