You have a little bit of time to wait for it, but you're risking it being sold out before you get your coupon. My suggestion is to buy it now to be sure you get the phone at the sale price. Then if you get your coupon before the end of the 29th and it's still in stock, buy it again to get the discount. You can then return the first one.

PS: I received my coupon two days ago.

Oh pooh. I'd decided on a Toshiba Excite tablet that was supposed to go on sale for $60 at HH Gregg this afternoon; it's already showing as sold out. Grrrr.

Sorry to hear that. I've been getting everything I wanted and then some. It's been an Amazon BF for me (8 items), except for the LG Volt from RadioShack.

What really bugs me is that my backup plan was to buy the Excite at Amazon, where it had dropped to $70 the other day, but now it's back to $90 there.

I wish I'd thought to check HH Gregg earlier, but I thought I could go by the time listed in the ad scan.

This year has been weird! It seems a big chunk of retailers decided to start their sales on Sunday or Monday even if the ads didn't say they'd do that. It was nice not having to wait for the pile-on buying spree on Thursday/Friday but it's probably going to have a lot of people disappointed like you are.

Then again, they may have just kept stupidly low stock levels. I noticed Sam's Club's said they'd have a whole 7-8 Samsung Galaxy Tab S 4 7.0s on sale per location. Doubt that's going to last long.

Now, maybe I'll get lucky and someone will put the Nexus 7 (2013) on sale today or tomorrow.

Still need a small HD and TV; but other than that, I'm done. Got most of my stuff on Tue & Wed. Picked up the LG Volt today. I'm glad I was able to get the stuff early.

So far, I haven't been disappointed.

Last night Amazon had a strange brand 32" TV for $79. I was so annoyed, b/c I saw it too late. It wasn't an Element, which I believe they are supposed to have for $79 at some point. So I am still hopeful.

Still looking for price drops on 2 xbox games.

Generally, I'm afraid people waiting until Friday to shop will be disappointed.

One thing I've noticed with Amazon's Lightning Deals is that many of the items reappear numerous times. Amazon only releases so many for each deal, thereby assuring itself of having inventory for future deals; and that keeps customer interest high.

Staples has had some of the best tablet deals going. Last week, they had the 16GB iPad mini 2 on sale for $200 and it rapidly sold out. Then two days ago, they had the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 selling for $100.

Yes, they did. I grabbed an IPad mini 2. Now I bought a case with the Staples Reward I received with the iPad purchase.
