Hello,
I have an Onyx BOOX T68 from ereader-store.de with the factory firmware 2014-06-20

I can open DRM epubs only with OnyxReader. (from the preinstalled applications). The problem is I cannot change fonts. I can choose different fonts but nothing changes on the screen. This doesn't happen with DRM-free epubs. Other apps from Google-play (like Aldiko) manage to change fonts in DRM epubs.

My question is if this problem has been addressed in newly firmwares.

Many famous opensource android/Linux apps can't deal with DRM, that include Coolreader, Fbreader and Alreader.

"Open source" and "DRM" don't really go hand in hand. I certainly don't know of any open source apps that can handle DRM.

Another thing to have on account is how the epub is coded. Some designers force a particular font. This disables the option to change font-face. I've seen it in some epubs and mobi/KF8 without DRM.
Some even have the font forced to serif or non-serif (which I particularly hate

)
The advantage of not having to deal with DRM is that (if you know how to handle CSS) you can customize the ebook as you like...

I'm very gratefull to those publishers that don't make use of DRM

Hi,
I bought an M96 from a shop in Switzerland (Dubowik.ch),

and would like to install a good pdf reader, is neo reader better for this than Oreader ?

I don't have neo reader on the M96, & would like to know if your updates work on all M96's, or only the ones you sell ....

& otherwise, if there is another option for installing neo reader, or which other pdf reading app you recommend for the M96 ?

Onyx NeoReader suddenly blocked out and doesn't work anymore, so I must use Onyx reader.

Try to clear NeoReader's Data in Settings->Applications

I update my Onyx Boox T68 Lynx using >Settings>About>System update>Check update from cloud to build 2014-10-22_19-32_1.6.3_4b3a3e4. Googles play store does not work anymore so I did as suggested earlier, namely to do a >Settings>System>Privacy>Factory data reset and I checked the "Erase internal memory" option. Nothing changes. I still have the 2014-10-22... build and play store does not work. The device is pretty much brick now. What can I do?

I can confirm that the play store no longer works for me, either.

Try factory reset one more time. It should work.

Hmm. I did the factory reset now 4 times, and the build number is still the same. However; after the fourth reset I am now able to start and use play store (had to get a special device password from Google though). Great. Thanks.

Build number should be always the same.
I am wondering why you did 4 factory resets. It should work after the frist time. Weird.
