I don't like any of them. The synopsis of My Sister's Grave looked interesting, but I read the first couple of pages and didn't care for the writing.

I went for The Fallow Season. The others seemed too much like the previous selections.

I hadn't noticed, but Alf did not work on the KF OR the other two I just downloaded today as well (both from Kindle). I did confirm that my download prior to that (9/26) worked just fine. Update: I just updated calibre, downloaded the latest Alf plugin, and then readded my Kindle books and they now work just fine. Last edited by peachiekene; 10-02-2014 at 12:16 AM. | |

I went with The Fire Seekers too. Doesn't sound all that great to me, but better than the others.

I went with The Glassblower. It was a choice between that and The Fire Seekers but Iand didn't anything YA and I also don't want to get stuck with a cliffhanger ending as one review alluded to. Can't say I'm enthralled by the synopsis of The Glassblower, but felt the need to pick something and it was the least off-putting of the bunch to me.

End of Secrets -- this was an easy pick, because I love espionage thrillers. Romance - hate it Fantasy - mostly hate Crime - it's so-so |
