If the choice is only to call it either agency or wholesale, then they must call it agency. Agency itself does not imply fixed margin and no-discount. Entirely possible that the suggested retail price (@ 30%) is fixed by S&S, and Amazon may set their profit margin anywhere from 5% - 40% at any time allowing for some discounts.
