For features missing on M96 like capacitive touch, front light etc. Edit: I've just learned Hanvon E930 has it all: http://detail.zol.com.cn/picture_ind...6.shtml#/&pn=3 Last edited by fgdas; 10-28-2014 at 07:23 PM. |

It is an awesome eReader! Thanks for sharing new about this ![]() Now I am going to see from where i can buy one Edit: They reduced the resolution from 1600x1200 in e920 to 1200 x 825 in e930. Any idea about its Android version? Last edited by Feher; 10-28-2014 at 11:09 PM. |

Just a friendly reminder that this company has neither issued a fix nor publicly acknowledged the T68's bootloop issues which affect most units including mine.
Keep that in mind before buying a new product of theirs. |

I have been looking at the Hanvon E930 as well. Probably my next ebook reader, although I think it is stylus-only and doesn't have Google Play. Otherwise looks like a killer device.
I asked some AliExpress dealers and one of them put it up for sale: http://m.aliexpress.com/item/2054216241.html Not cheap, and a 20% customs duty comes on top of that in Europe :-( |

It cost you around 300USD if you bought it through taobao.com The website is in Chinese but you can use google translate it. Also you need seek company to send goods from taobao overseas. Fortunately, there are some.

For those who cares about text-to-speech:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Zjuj1P6_Yk (the title of the video says -- I think -- "Chinese normal speed reads okay, English no good") Also: Does the screen looks glossy to you? |

Thanks for the video. Prior to this I only saw the video embedded here:
http://detail.m.tmall.com/item.htm?id=40123301786 which led me to the wrong conclusion that the E930 was stylus only. |

Hi all, I imported my Hanvon E920 about a year ago from china!
It has a resolution of 1600x1200 and the display a width of 9.7 inches so a DPI of 200. It has capacitive touch and also a stylus in the back for annotating. It does not have a frontlight! The E930 seems like a downgrade for me because the screen resolution is now 1200x825, the resolution of the E920 is one of the best things about the reader besides the dual touch (stylus and capactive) The E930 seems to have a frontlit display though and uses a closed version of android. It also has capactive touch and stylus support. If they wouldn't have downgraded the display resolution, I would have imported the E930 because of the frontlit display Here are some more infos and a video |
