I picked up one - and I don't even have a TV with an HDMI input. LOL

But I'll probably be able to plug it in when I go to babysit the kidlets, and they can get their Dirty Jobs fix.

Delivery is now the second week of January. They must be selling like hotcakes!

Decided to place an order because of the Prime discount...figure can't go wrong for $19. Have a Roku 3 and love it. Figure this will be good for use on the road. Estimated delivery date is January 9.

I ordered mine last night. It was FATE I tell you! Hubby said the other day he wanted a Second Roku 2 for Christmas. The $25 Swagbucks gift card I ordered two days ago showed up which never happens. Takes at least a week. So hubby is getting one for Christmas and I can only hope one day they add Audible to it. Mine will be here December 17th. Perfect timing. FATE I tell you! I couldn't afford a Roku right now.

I didn't order the Fire Stick last night because I saw that the deal was good until 9 am PST on Oct 29th, now the special price of $19 is no longer on the site I guess I could call Amazon to see if they'll still honor the price. They've always had really good CS.

Best Buy and Staples are now taking pre-orders; but at full price. Now that Amazon is back-ordered until next year, these two stores will be your best bet for getting one this year. No idea when they'll ship or how much stock they have on hand.

I checked earlier this morning and it said the price was good until 6 am Pacific Time on 10/29, which was just minutes away for me. I tried to order a 2nd one, but it bounced it back saying it was over the limit allowed. I'm happy I got the order for 1 in though at that price.

When I ordered mine last night, I saw what Ripplinger saw--deal ended at 6:00 PST. I ordered mine then--because I knew I wouldn't be awake and at my computer by 6:00! Certainly doesn't hurt to give Amazon a call--good luck!!

Sounds like you may have misread a 6 as a 9. But still, let us know if they'll honor the price anyway. Wouldn't surprise me.
