Multiple metadata sources?
I'm confused about whether it is a bad thing to select more than one source to download metadata. At present I have three selected and am wondering if this is the reason I have the following problem:
If I select a single book with missing metadata and use download metadata there is no problem. However if I select more than one book and use bulk download of metadata it always fails to download the metadata. Or is there some other reason for the failure? |

Okay so that set me on the right path for a fix.
Would I be wrong to think that applying no adjustments other than "download metadata" (default?) should download the comments even when multiple books are selected? |

Note that from time to times, metadata sources redesign and the Calibre scrape routines become 'broken'.
For the (distribution) defaults, these tend to get noticed quickly and get fixed in the next release. For others, someone has to mention 'Site xyz is now broken' You could list the ones (by name) you have enabled for Comments |
