With this latest firmware, I notice on my Aura HD that when I go to Reading Settings, the top of the screen displays "Reading settings Page 1 of 2", but I haven't found any way to get to page 2 of the reading settings, if it does in fact exist.

Has anyone else noticed the same font and settings in the same books now look darker and thicker than before with 3.11.0? Or is my older reader starting to die? It's a very noticeable difference for me, I've tried on several books with the same result.

Yes, I've noticed this too. I've also noticed that upon waking from sleep, ghosting of the sleep screen/cover is much more noticeable than previously. The ghosting goes away after a screen refresh (mine is set to 6 pages), but it never really bothered me before, whereas now it is very noticeable. Is this related to the darker fonts, possibly?

What I am asking is hyphenation now working? Are people noticing this? I'm wondering would I be better off replacing Kobo's hyphenation dictionary with the open office version?

The remaining problems with hyphenation are not really related to the dictionaries, but are caused by faults in the readers. (The epub reader doesn't hyphenate the first line of a paragraph if it has an indent, the kepub reader hyphenates the word in the wrong place if it has trailing punctuation, and both readers incorrectly include trailing punctuation when calculating whether the word is long enough to hyphenate.)

This is just a personal opinion, but when you get the device I would leave the stock hyphenation as-is until you've read a couple of books at your preferred font-size on the 6.8" screen and just see how you feel about it then.

Plus its not that hard to revert if you're not happy. Either do a factory reset or make a custom KoboRoot.tgz that contains the original files.

That is a good point: any problems with hyphenation will be less of an issue on a larger screen or when using a smaller font.
