Pasta with a butter/garlic/white wine clam sauce, marinated flame-roasted artichoke hearts (I put them up to marinate before we left for our ride,) and fresh raspberries and blackberries in Greek yogurt.

Corned beef sandwich.

I gave Mrs B a lift to a friend's hen night and asked my eldest son to cook the two large pizzas we had for the three of us while I did so. By the time I got home they'd eaten all the pizza!

Duck marylands in an orange sauce, green beans, avocado/tomato salad, orange juice. And I'm now trying to figure out a meal plan for the next week.

Do you prepare them yourself or already done? While I considered most southern food mostly unpalatable while I was stationed there, I did develop a taste for boiled salted peanuts in the shell while drinking beer
