[QUOTE=Stitchawl;2944595]I'll sing you this October song
Oh, there is no song before it
The words and tune are none of my own
For my joys and sorrows bore it

When hunger calls my footsteps home
The morning follows after
I swim the seas within my mind
And the pine-trees laugh green laughter

I used to search for happiness
And I used to follow pleasure
But I found a door behind my mind
And that's the greatest treasure

Incredible!

Good morning everyone! Sunshine streaming in through the windows, almost cold breeze riding on the beams. A good day to be alive! So much to do today and all of it pleasant... Shopping for toys, reading, figuring out how/why my wiring project is screwed up and fixing it, do the final shaping on the counterweights I made for my fencing weapons... Busy day! So I'm starting it off with a buzz from Taylors of Harrogate's "Yorkshire" tea, and a big bowl of food from the Food Lady... a few veggie omelets, Chinese sausage, daikon kimchee, a well-balanced meal with a kick!

I think your copper wire is too thick and overruling everything else.
Just a thought

First time I put it together I used 22ga stranded. After following the wiring instructions I had one post left with no connections....
I took everything off, removed all the solder, and started again, using 18ga (it's what was on the top of the pile.) I still had one post with no connections. The test to be run using these two posts should have been made on switch position #4 (according to the wiring instructions.) By testing with jumpers, I discovered that if I connected that orphan post to terminal A1, I could get the test to work... but only on switch position #3.

I had no schizophrenic diagram nor a block diagram. All I have is two pages of 'sort of' instructions. I'm working blind with a double pole/six throw switch, three input sockets, five output sockets, and two sockets for the multi-meter to connect in. Oh... and no real knowledge of electronics.

Ohhhhhmmmmmmmmm! Ohhhhhmmmmmmmm! Ohhhhhmmmmmmm!

The day that the rains came down
Mother Earth smiled again
Now the lilacs could bloom
Now the fields could grow greener

The fday that the rains came down
Buds were born, love was born
As the young buds will grow
So our young love will grow
Love, sweet love

Can't even see the ground from my windows... Clouds so swift. Rain won't lift. Gate won't close. Railings froze. Get my mind off wintertime. I ain't goin' nowhere. Never seen a heavier rain in my life! Good thing this is Thailand, and I know that it will be over in less than an hour. At least I hope so! I have to go and pick up the motorcycle for our ride this week. Well, that's not until this afternoon, and it's only 9am now. No worries.

Time for breakfast! A big mug of Ahmad's "English Breakfast" tea to start this day off, and some odds and ends we picked up last night from the night market; fried tofu, Chiang Mai sausages, little round 'something' (meat? fish? chicken? mouse?) balls with a spicy green sauce, and fresh mangoes with rice. Good way to start the day!

We will. I just bought a GoPro Hero3+ and a helmet mount, so we'll have a video record of all that we see. (Assuming I can figure out how to connect the camera to my iPhone so I can control it from the saddle.) I've been playing with it, and perhaps I understand. Now all I have to do it learn how to use Adobe Premier video editing software (Photoshop for video,) Adobe After Effects software (controls for effects in the video) and Twixter software to control the speed of the video.... No prob.

And we are now officially into the WET COAST season. Sigh. Oh, well, I'm sure blue sky and the sun will return. In about 4 months. Time to hunker down. And time for Lapsang Souchong. (I was really, really hoping this would all hold off until after the Thanksgiving Day holiday, but we missed it by about two days. )

It won't be for long. Nasty storms headed down the Coast. It's let up now, but we've had our first power outage of the season, a sure sign of things to come. Best check the oil and battery on the generator, and fill up the gas can.

More of the Lapsang Souchong. Yummy, almost makes m look forward to the wet.
