This could be one of those targeted promos where only certain customers qualify. Any way, I'll post details when I find out what it's for.

I just got an E-mail about the 300 coin promo, here's the details:

Not sure how they're deciding to target it, but I would think looking at games in the app store would count. (I haven't looked at any PC videogames any time recently.)

Edit: Also, since I know the 300 coins were from this and not the other promo, I just put in a ticket with Amazon support about the other.

They love you more than me - I didn't even get the 500 for watching the video. Amazon sent me this after I sent them a comment from their 'Did I solve your problem' email.

This after I told them that the only reason I tried to purchase coins with a credit is because Amazon CS directed me to do that and Amazon CS gave me the credit for the sole purpose of buying coins.

They refunded me for the charge to my credit card and also took the coins I bought back so I wouldn't try that route.

That Rept is clueless try the phone you can't purchase coins with promo credits.

Let them know that.

I think email and chat support are being outsource 80% of the time. It's best to call during business hours on a weekday to get someone who is in the U.S.
