I'll just echo the same sentiment about the H20 being better than the HD. No yellow screen...the light is actually improved.

I ordered on September 1 and my credit card was charged on September 29th. My h2o arrived today, Saturday, October 4th. The tracking number was listed on the invoice tucked into the box holding the eReader but I was not given it beforehand.

The shipping was really right on track. It looks like you can estimate arrival based on the date your credit card is charged, then allow 7-10 days like the invoice email says.

I pre-ordered the first day and I have not yet received any shipping/tracking information yet...typical of Kobo. You would think that English wasn't their first language given their horrific communication and customer service skills.

My circumstances (pre-order and credit card charge dates) are identical to yours, but my H2O didn't show up yesterday

I pre-ordered on the first day it was available online. An invoice was received via email on 9/29 and the H20 arrived yesterday (Sat., 10/4). I live in the U.S. As with all previous Kobo orders, no tracking information was provided.

Called them on Sept 30th after I was charged on the 29th (I pre-ordered on Sept 20th). No tracking info was available. They suggested it may ship on October 1st. Called Oct 2nd after not getting any info. Still had not shipped. Suggested I call back today October 6th.

Called today. Was put on hold a lot for various short periods of time. But I finally got a tracking number. I track the package. Estimated delivery is today, looks like Canada post had it on Oct. 1st. And it was 'processed' on the 2nd.

The upside is it's out for delivery today.

For the record I still have not had a tracking number emailed to me save from the CS call I made. Meaning had I not called I'd have gotten my H20 before the tracking number (assuming it is actually delivered today, that's up to USPS). From what others have said this is typical of Kobo though it's unclear if it's entirely on them or if it's an issue with the Canadian post.

If you do not yet have a tracking number I would suggest calling them, I haven't had to wait long the last two times I called (from 11-1pm EST).

Very much looking forward to unboxing my H20.

I pre-ordered on the 23rd September via a retailer (here in Germany). As I peeked at the order status today it changed to 'processing for delivery' - yesterday I was still eligible for cancellation - which all-in-all is great news. I should be pawing at it in the coming 1-2 days Also, the price was 180 euros (including shipping costs); next best is with Amazon for 220 euros.

Which phone number did you use? I've been calling 855-732-3662 for days, but all I ever get is a message telling me to request help online.
