Those are collected in the site specific metadata ao3categories. You should know how to set a custom column by now.

I do know how to create a custom column, I'm just not sure I've done this correctly:

I added the following in my personal.ini

Sorry. You've asked so many customization questions I assumed we must have covered it by now.

You need to use custom_columns_settings in personal.ini. (XX_label is only used in titlepage or logpage.)

# or, if you have other custom_columns_settings already:

That's more difficult. ao3categories is also include in genre. You'd have to use replace_metadata to remove each from genre.

You understand how tags is supposed to work, right? It's meant to be a slush pile you put all of these different things in without having to have separate columns for everything...

I've noticed something.

How come it doesn't pick up the time of day when the story is released from AO3?

Because I don't see anywhere in AO3 where time of day is shown for either published or updated dates.

There's a personal.ini config param that can add a genre when there's more than one category:

add_genre_when_multi_category: Crossover

That's as close as it gets.
