How do you pre-order a book at Smashwords? I'm confused on that one as the button above the [add to library] button doesn't work.

I'm sorry for the confusion. After checking with Smashwords; I have taken the book out of pre-order because they were only taking pre-order sales, through the retailers and I wanted it open to everyone. The coupon sale will still remain until October 23rd and if you click back on the link that I have listed above...the book should be available. Just use the coupon code, when you go to purchase the book. If you have any further questions...please don't hesitate to ask. Thanks so much!

Ah ok. I was I admit confused as other book sellers like Kobo and Amazon do have pre-order capability but I couldn't figure out if/how it worked at Smashwords. Thanks for the clarification.
