Some codes do bookadmin, i've bought in France before but these region specific contest codes wont sadly. You could try the comeback codes maybe?
I too am waiting for some codes that don't mind long haul as i mainly shop in hong kong where prices are better and more books seem to be code valid. |

![]() I imagine how confusing those are for people that don't know japanese lol Jap. Kobo rarely sends codes that are right there in the email which you can use on books you want. Much more often they send a link which takes you to lets say 50% off books. But the books are always in Japanese. Last edited by Geralt; 09-29-2014 at 03:04 AM. |

Without using any competition codes I have bought 12 books from Kobo so far this month. For all of them the Kobo price was already either cheaper or about the same as Amazon and elsewhere, so even a 25% code means 25-35% cheaper than buying anywhere else.
The falling NZ dollar is making a difference, since Kobo charges in NZ dollars the Kobo prices are staying the same while Amazon and others are increasing due to the worsening exchange rate. Only problem is I have just used the last of the active Comeback codes, so hopeflly there will be a new 30% multiuse code or something like that next month. |

@Geoff check out Bargainmoose.ca and vouchercodes.ca because from memory there may be one or two codes there that aren't listed in the first post.

Another thought about Japanese Kobo.
In addition to the Kobo account in rakuten.kobobooks.com glitch (showing that they're reluctant on merging), here are their recent movements: * they created a new Andorid Kobo application while declaring the old one "deprecated," only in Japanese: Spoiler:
* on rakuten.kobobooks.com, they put a notice to encourage you go to their "new" site, books.rakuten.co.jp/e-book/, to have better campaigns: Spoiler:
* the books.rakuten.co.jp/e-book/ once had a link to rakuten.kobobooks.com for every books, to make you able to use coupon codes easier: Spoiler:
then the link became "to the old website": Spoiler:
and now the link is completely disappeared. * the coupons they gave away for Japanese users are less coupon codes (for kobobooks.com) while more RaCoupons (tied with one's Rakuten ID and only usable on books.rakuten.co.jp/e-book/) So IMO, it seems like Rakuten is trying to separate their Japanese Kobo users from the other countries in the world. |

The email offers I receive must be for these RaCoupons. Google translate isn't able to translate the emails so I can't be sure. |
