Oh, don't get me wrong, I'm grateful to earlier adopters . I'm just curious about why someone would choose to be one if their device is important to them. I imagine it being more the kind of thing that would appeal to someone who doesn't particularly mind if it causes issues for the device.

The only bugs I've had so far was when I was using Spotlight on my 5S and the screen went grayscale. But that happened only one time so far. My Fleksy keyboard always pops up while I'm using my Clamcase on the iPad too.

Otherwise I've happily installed 90+ apps with no issues.

iPhone 6 ready apps go full screen on the iPad now too.

I'm still running iOS 5 on my iPhone 4. Did I mention that I'm a cautious upgrader? I do have the most recent iOS 7.whatever on my iPad Retina Mini, though.

A quick Google search confirms what I've heard: some iPhone 4S owners seem to be experiencing a major slowing down. I'll definitely have to wait for 8.1, or until I buy a new phone.

There are also reports of Touch ID being broken. 9to5mac recommends not to do the update. They say that the problems possibly appear to be confined to iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. I think I'll skip this update for now.
