Are they from the Japanese store?

It's jolly hard now to find bigger codes that work on books that aren't in publisher restricted countries. That is, if the Contest codes only work in the US CA and UK again then publisher restrictions means the books I want won't be discountable.

I know already that the books that I've got my eye on aren't able to be discounted in CA and the US, and I don't even bother with the UK because the exchange rate is too high against the AUD. So that means that I don't buy until I get a very good code that works in the India store. (sigh ....)

It may be that the codes can be used once per account like last time. I definitely agree the odds are conducive to not bothering to play, especially if they are one use and then dead.

You are right, it would be nice to find bigger codes for India store that work on pretty much all books.
Because as things stand now with Contest Codes, they are useless to me. Last contest I haven't used any codes, even though I got a 75% off one. They just don't work on Orion or Gollancz books, and that's what I buy so...
In India though a lot of my books are around 4$, and when I apply 35%, I pay around 2.60$ for a book. That's still not bad.
For books that around 7$, and I have lots of those too, 35% off gives a price around 4.55$.
That is still a lot better than Amazon can offer.
But ofc I wouldn't mind seeing a 75% off that works in India

Wow, those are dreadful odds. But they're not much worse for getting a 75% off code than they were for the last contest. So if we're really lucky and the codes are valid once per account again....
