it is a legitimate H20. It was given to them as a prize for some promo event. Anyone in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada can get the h20 now by going to kijiji.

Currently a Google search for "kobo aura h2o" (H-two-oh) turns up 1.7 million hits. Searching for "kobo aura h20" (H-twenty) turns up 2.4 million. I find this way more amusing than I probably should.

Not if it is selling well and it seems to be (this is by comparison of interest I've seen on this unit compared to the new Nook Samsung. I'm an associate for both B&N and Kobo and the interest in the h2O is higher.) That said, I also see a lot more FB and forum chatter about the Kobo.

Yeah it definitely has lighter background than either aura HD or paperwhite.

Of course they couldn't have used same book and font size on both aura so you can compare the texts. I wonder how these guys manage to run a web site.

I will admit to some curiosity about how someone who uses a closeup of what I think is an ant's head can refer to other avatar's as being "very disturbing". I suppose I should feel happy since you could have used a spider head or some of the other images from Nikon's Small World contest for even more disquieting content -- nothing should have that many eyes!

David
