Thanks for pointing that out! I thought I was going crazy! I Googled for the upcoming release and everywhere said it's the conclusion so I went looking for the previous one.
It never occured to me that a publisher wouldn't know what 'penultimate' means!

And yeah, so far I'm scoring sub-50% codes :-(

I had the same problem -- I had to talk to someone at Kobo. The way I solved it was to sign out of my account and use a different browser (I had been using Firefox) to set up an account with a different credit card number. Complicated, but it worked.

It's after that. You actually have to click PAY and then you can enter a promo code. It's in a stupid spot after the first pay click and before you go to paypal.

The majority of Harper Collins books are discountable outside of the US, Canada and the UK. Unfortunately contest codes no longer work outside of these regions, but perkopolis does.
