Is my problem with Calibre or my Sony?
I bought a series of books on the Napoleonic war from Amazon. I converted them to epub. I have tried to upload them from Calibre to my Sony reader but it won't upload all four. When I try to upload one of the ones that don't show up a previously uploaded one disappears. It's weird. Any ideas?

I suspect you have a improper template setup. the results of a template/plugboard must be unique or the next book just overwrites the first

{authors}-{title} creates a unique filename
{authors} alone only allows 1 book from any single author

With the device connected: (you should see the devices Main , optional storage icons): Right-click: Configure this device: Enter/adjust the template to taste, keeping in mind that the results generated always need to be unique so as to not overwrite other files; {authors}- {title} or {title} -{authors} will do that, but you may want more info into the filename. There are FAQ/Help pages for the Template language
