I can confirm that Booxtor responds quickly to email queries. I asked a pre-order question in English and received a response just a day later. Unfortunately, it got caught in my spam folder. Stuff like that happens. Be understanding.

Well, lucky you then. My support issues have been waiting for a response since Monday. The only thing that got handled almost instantly was processing my order...

Hi There. I want to order an M96 from ereader-store.de but I need to learn some details first, so I am placing my few questions here. I appreciate if Booxtor or someone else can provide me the answers:

- Does the Wall Charger Adapter works on 110 volts wall outlets?

- Does the M96 from ereader-store.de comes with English on screen menus?

- Is the M96 firmware that version that can be updated later on?

Dear Booxtor, I've already got your answers. Thank you. Now I'm struggling to make the payment service to work for my order. I think I must try later from my home computer since the network at office has an USA IP but my credit card is not supposed to be travelling abroad

Device was delivered today (8/28/14), very fast, safe and sound, no import taxes and I am loving it. Very nice item. I am so glad. Booxtor is doing a great job. Thanks so much.

I ordered the M96 from Singapore on Monday. It was in my hands Wednesday evening.

I had a few questions regarding the VAT amount reflecting. Got prompt email replies from customer care. In fact they even updated the displayed price to clarify for future customers.

Haven't really needed any technical support after the purchase, so can' comment on that. Have been able to use the information available in the forums though & it has been useful.

The touch screen of my M96 became irresponsible.
The seller (ereader-store) provided a very close support by email trying to identify causes / solve it by software. As the problem continued, they returned the M96 to Germany, and back to Spain, repaired, free of charge to me.

Great customer service!!
