I just checked WTS Bookstore's website (http://search.wtsbooks.com/?FullText=ebook&x=0&y=0) and found out that the sale is still going on! I apologize for the bad information. I did say "was to have ended," though, because I had not actually checked the website to make sure.

Being mathematically challenged as I am, I may have missed something, but I don't see how my math could be incorrect. I got an email from them two days ago at about 9:45 a.m. and it said that the sale was good for 48 hours. I wonder now if they sent me an email saying that the sale had been extended--I haven't checked my email in the last 24 hours or so.

I'd love to see what other ebooks that they have on sale to see what else that I would want, but I can't now because I want to abide by their desire to limit sales to two books. So, there's no point in looking. However, since the announcement that you saw didn't mention the limit, you might not feel that way.

With only 140 characters to play with, tweets are normally condensed down to what the poster thinks is of main importance. What I mentioned in my OP is exactly what I came across regarding the sale.

I like Facebook now because I only interact with real-life friends and family there (and the very few Pages I consider worth my attention). Twitter, for me, is a totally opposite experience, interaction-wise. Now I just mostly follow people (not necessarily actually 'follow'; I use private lists a lot) and favorite stuff. My timelines on both are very edifying and I almost never come across 'gunk', unless I deliberately search it out for critiquing purposes.

Thanks for the heads-up but I can't now 'unknow' that the limit is two books, so I'm officially done. I'll now just sit in a corner and wait for the Banner ebooks (and any 75% coupons I can win or snag through the Kobo thread ).

UPDATE 7/17/14 7:22 a.m. EST: Amazon dropped their price on this ebook, a few minutes ago, to $0.00 also. I thought that it was unusual that they didn't have the same price as Christianbook and B&N, but I am not familiar enough yet with the ebook business to have known why or know that Amazon's price drop would be forthcoming. I'm glad I didn't pay $34.99 for it, but I'll certianly get fifty-nine cents worth of enjoyment out of it.
