Then there's the "secret" sale (with different books than the sale above). I got an email for a Romance sale (with a very small selection). This sale ends 7/31 and supposedly only works for folks who got the email.

All the secret sales end 7/31 and don't seem very "secret". Even though the page says "Remember, the only way to access this sale page is via the email banner link that brought you here" that's obviously not true.

Thanks! I was able to access all the URLs; even found two books of possible interest, but not in the same section, so the BOGO won't work. Oh well.

I don't know, I'm much more likely to purchase something outright during a sale rather than using a credit for it. These sales for members "with 1 credit or more" upset me - I spend my credits - do you not want my money, Audible?

If you still have credit I'm assuming you're a light member? If so you're going to be waiting awhile. I'm almost at 2 years as a light member and I've never qualified for a bogo sale.

Yes, but I qualified right after switching, except I didn't like any of the offers. Perhaps they didn't have their systems fully sync'd up.

Thanks for the links! I got a pair from the Mystery & Thriller Sale and a pair from the Chilling Thrillers page and none from the Sci-Fi Sale sent to me in my email.

I had so many credits that next month I would have been at the maximum, so I am glad to have the opportunity to burn a couple as BOGOs.

Has anyone else been noticing continuity errors in Audible files? I've had problems with three books in the past few months. One book had the same chapter twice and skipped a chapter, another skipped several pages, and now the book I started today has had two spots so far where about 30 seconds or so has been repeated.

The first two I contacted Audible about and they eventually fixed the files. This third one is really bugging me because I have no way of knowing if the only problem is these small repetitions, or if there might also be missing material. Don't know if the problem is with Audible or with the audiobook publisher, but this is so annoying!

I've had a few over the past couple of years. A couple were Audible problems (they were published by Audible studios), one was a Blackstone title & one was from Recorded Books. They all eventually got fixed, but it took a while.

Sale items are can be found at Audible's home page in the scrolling banner and at times, in emails.

Free downloads can be found in this post - Free Audible Titles. There are currently 35 free titles available, but most of these are short stories.

Check the opening post of this thread under Audible for additional offers. I try to keep this info up to date. Check the date after the thread/post title to see the last date I updated.
