Free New Yorker Short Stories
The New Yorker made all content from 2007 to the present free for the summer. I'm sure there is quite a trove of short stories in there!

I'm using GrabMyBooks to make epubs, one volume per year. Needs a bit of touching up to look nice, but I've done '07 and '08 so far and am quite pleased with them.
