Where are kepub files located on the PC?

I can't find (or remember) where to access the kepub files on the PC.

I'm looking in: User, App Data, Local, Kobo - which has 2 directories - .kobo-images and Kobo Desktop Edition, and can't determine what I should do now

I've gotten myself a dreaded kepub (Guns of August, Tuchman) and now want to find the file and (attempt to) use Obok for the first time.

Pardon if there's a clearly marked thread or sticky on this subject but I couldn't find it (which no doubt says something about me because it's definitely not a new question!).

It's been a while, but I seem to recall that obok knew which directories to check and then presents you with a list of the titles it found. If not, mine are in:

/Documents and Settings/USERNAME/Local Settings/Application Data/Kobo/Kobo Desktop Edition/kepub

Click on "Start" at bottom left corner of windows home screen, then click on search (magnify glass). You can then search for any file name or program on that computer.

Thanks everyone for your help.

Or easier for Windows 2000+ would be to use:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Kobo\Kobo Desktop Edition\kepub

I prefer that form since it will work for the logged user without having to edit a batch file. Admittedly, I also like such constructs as %~dp0 in my batch files. After all these years, still a command line junkie.
