You have to copy the relevant azw2 file **into** the documents folder

documents folder is the destination of the files, not the source of any of them.

Re-install mkk.

If you change the registration, that will require you to re-install mkk.

Where to find extensions for Kindle PW2?

In which case, there's your answer: in twobob's signature ;D.

Most of those won't be tagged 'PW2', because no-one tried them, and/or the developer doesn't have a PW2. Depending on what they do, a K5 extension might (or might not) work on a PW2, or might blow up horribly and kill a kitten.

yes. I mean, I just re downloaded the file of the findlepdfviewer, that I understand is the to-go reader, now, to read epub files. I went to this direction

form there, I downloaded the first zip file. In there, I found three folders: extensions, kindlepdfviewer and launchpad, and I can't find a .azw file inards any of those files.

I have followed other instructions before, for ixtab in other kindles, and have had no problems, but I feel really silly right now, as it look to me I am doing the exact opposite I should...

First: As the page you linked to says, the Touch version of KPV is now KOReader, and isn't and has never been, a Kindlet, thus the lack of azw2 file.

As the doc will tell you, you will need a Kindlet to launch it though: either KUAL, or KPVBooklet.

Thank you very much. So, as to correct my understanding of the matter:

- I jailbreack the kindle, which I have done from a lot of time ago.

- I install the mkk, which I had done already, too

- I download and install the kindlet, any one of the links that are below the 'run other applications' that appears in the first post.

So, this koreader is one of those, as is described in the doc you redirected me to, also.

Is that right? I ask if I want to install any other thing, because that is what I have thought had been doing as of now, but didn't work.

Yep, JB, MKK, KUAL. KOReader is an application that also installs a KUAL extension.
