I love the size and weight of my iPhone 5s. At first I thought I'd have problems with the bigger size compared to my iPhone 4. However I quickly adapted.
However I don't think I'd want an even bigger screen. My hands are just too small, and some of the larger phones that I've held just feel awkward. |

I'm hoping for identical phones with different screen sizes like the iPad Air and the Retina iPad mini. I don't care about the iWatch at all. I haven't worn a watch since the late 90s. Quote:
I hope so. That will bring the price of 64GB down. Or better yet maybe they will add,128GB in the 64GB price spot. Quote:
I've never owned a laptop. I have a physical disability so laptops aren't portable for me so I never saw the point of getting one if I couldn't pick it up and carry it from room to room. When the iPad came out and it made even less sense to buy one. I love being able to travel light. If I'm out and about and need a "real" computer I just remotely log into my iMac at home. I have the best of both worlds. A flip phone, really? Is it a Motorola Razr? LOL, just kidding. ![]() Quote:
This is exactly how my mom feels. She protects her phone with a LifeProof case. She carries it in a pocket when she's wearing something with pockets. Pockets on women's clothes are already too small anything bigger than the iPhone 5 is not going to fit. An iPhone 5 in an Otterbox Defender is too big. Quote:
I also upgrade every year. I split the cost with my mom. We have staggered upgrade cycles so I just swap our SIMs. The 5s was my mom's upgrade. The 6 will be on me. I'm going to sale the 5 to help cover the cost of the 6. Quote:
Me too. I love my 5s. The size and weight are just right for me. I have very small hands too. I'm a knitter so I make my own mitten/fingerless mitts. I use an app on my iMac to generate a pattern. It tells me I have the hand size of a 4-6 year old. I'm 30 years old. My sister has a Samsung Galaxy S3 and that phone is huge. I have no idea how she uses it. It's so clunky and heavy. She uses an Otterbox Defender case and that makes it so much worse. I've yet to find a comfortable way to hold it. Every time she hands it to me I'm sure I'm going to drop it. |

Razr? Nothing that new! Actually, it's an OLD Sanyo. I recently went to the Sprint store to buy a new battery and they gave me a battery for free. They had several in stock with zero demand ... the phones that use them are all obsolete!
However, if you ever have to hammer a nail into an oak board, my Sanyo would put an iPhone to shame! ![]() |

Wishful thinking. If the new model starts at 32GB, I would expect it to sell at the same price as the old 32GB model, not at the price of the old 16GB model. The justification for a higher entry price would be that now you have a 4.7" screen instead of 4".

Have not seen any performance difference. Did have to reset some settings that were changed by the update. This is an important step to keep overall performance and battery life the same. Some settings DO change, contrary to what Apple claims. There are new icons and features to get used to. Nothing I'd consider "gotta have". On the positive side, a few apps I use had refused to update without iOS 7; after installing 7.1.1. they installed easily. However, if you don't use any apps that require iOS 7 to update, this is a moot point. I definitely am never the first in line for ANY new technology, hardware or software! By any chance, do you need any blank 8-track tapes? I have plenty. ![]() |

I am looking forward to a wider screen. I'm perfectly satisfied with the height of the iPhone 5, but I would like a wider screen.

I expect to upgrade to a 4.7" iP6 (if that is indeed what is coming).
I don't want to be faced with a situation where I have to choose between a 4.7" with lesser (albeit improved) specs and a 5.5" with better specs. My wife, on the other hand, will be happy to stay with her iP4. ![]() |

I have the 5s and am quite happy with it. Whenever I come due for an update though, I think I'll more than likely go for the larger screen.

I would like a wider screen (proportionally that is) too. But I doubt Apple abandons the 16x9 format for the older 3x2 format (like the iPhone 4 and earlier had). I would actually prefer a 4x3 format (like the iPad) as that is much better for reading on a small screen. But I doubt that will ever happen.
