Nothing works there anymore from big codes. Kobo JP is horrible site to shop for time being.

These codes work though, but I wouldn't buy there anymore if I were you. It's just not worth it.

Just got emailed a code from kobo stating 30UNLIMITED is valid till monday. Not a huge code 30% but it is unlimited so it might be of some use.

Here in Italy there is no possibility to buy an Italian book with any discount code... there are not even the contests!

If Italy is anything like France, and in this case I bet it is, you can apply discounts for foreign books.
I'm not sure what's happening with the Rakuten account though.

Unfortunately, my wife can read Japanese only (Italian is still very very difficult for her) so it's the only place... also, her account is there and not compatible with all other Kobos all over the world (I even have to use a proxy to connect to the home page).

Thanks. SAV50 saved me 50% on a series of four books in the UK store. It didn't work in the US store, which would have made the books a few cents cheaper still.

Really? I used to use contest codes on the Japanese site at the time. It was great because basically all books on the Japanese site accepts codes.
