Hebrew align problems

How do you properly format a Hebrew KF8 book, so it's justified, yet the last line of the paragraph is right aligned. I never managed to get both at the same time. (In the calibre reader and editors preview it works fine. I'm referring to the newer kindles.)

Did you change the body tag to <body dir="rtl">? That usually does the trick.

usually but not always i think it depends if there is nikudos (vowels), then it's either right aligned or left aligned.
