Sounds interesting! Super-duper High Energy Bar. A recipe I developed many years ago for winter mountaineering trips in the White Mountains and the Adirondacks. About 3,500 calories in a bar the size of a Milky Way. No sugar added...

You're correct. It's much heavier than a Milky Way. The size is just a little bit larger. It weights almost 300gm
