And who knows, if they decide to set up a cloud library to compete directly with the ebook subscription services, they might choose similar terms. Ten streaming devices is a lot but one at a time sure puts a damper on family use. This one is definitely a perk for the head of the household: the mother.

When I go to the amazon music authorized devices list it shows my Roku authorized for AM. . I guess I'll assume its coming at some point? They also automatically authorized my original fire that doesn't even get amazon music since its 1st generation. I am still having fun adding music to my library, in anticipation for getting it on the Roku. |

Doesn't Roku still play Amazon Music? or did Amazon remove that channel? 1st Gen Fires will play Amazon Music, but not Prime Music. Android devices running Gingerbread will play Amazon Music, but not Prime Music.

None of the on-demand streaming services have AC/DC (nor Metallica) in their library as those bands refused to play nice with the licensing because they're still whining over the early Napster days. The Beatles' music is also not gonna be there.

I found Linda Purl's latest, Midnight Caravan, so I've enjoyed listening to that today.

I actually like this new one from Amazon. I was able to find a lot of Prime content I want plus a lot of albums I want to replace from my vinyl days. I can actually see myself using prime content plus buying some of the Prime offers with a CD and MP3 bundle. I assume it's not dissimilar to Apple's services content wise, well save for the "free" content that is. |
