About half way done with the sausage I'm smoking today. I'm also doing the smoking of a piece of pork shoulder that will become pulled pork. This is just about as full as I've ever had this smoker, with 3x5lbs of sausage, plus 4lbs of pork shoulder.

Good morning, everyone! Another Saturday, but the last day of May... Only 20 days until the big tournament in Bangkok... 20 days to get my mind sharp, my arm strong, and my endurance extended. Tea can help. Good tea this morning, thanks to some nameless tea pickers in China, providing me with my unbranded Keemun tea. Thanks, folks. I really was fortunate to be able to buy as much of it as I did before I left Japan. Think I'll have enough cup!

Good morning, everyone! It's the start of a brand new week in a brand new month! I like that! Dickens said it best; Great Expectations! What wonders will this week bring? I have a great big mug of my newest Ceylon tea to drink this morning, actually, my second mug already, and it's about time to go downstairs to see what delights the Food Lady has on offer today. It's wonderful to be able to eat all this great food and yet still be able to lose weight because none of it is fattening! Yippee!
