Need Help. URGENT

Hi guys. Let me describe the problem.
I have kindle paperwhite. I register and deregister it a couple of times, and now when I try to register it I get Internal error message. I talk with amazons support but they didn't help me.
Now as I understand amazon use device serial number and mac address to track them, they asked me only this information.
So, Can I Change the serial number and mac address when I Jailbreak it?
If Yes Please post some info

You will have to install the device Jailbreak before you can install anything else.

You will need command line access, so the first package you should install will probably be the USB networking package.
(Which gives you ssh/scp/telnet access to the device.)

And then you need to change the serial number and mac address.
For which we provide no information here, since it is the key to "sanitize" stolen property.

i dont know what you want @epublisher but I'm just warning you if amazon finds a duplicate serial number or one that they never created they may do undesirable things including wiping your kindle clean presuming that you stole it or closing your account

it could be that having the same mac address as someone else will cause that anything sent to the other device will com to you're device and also the opposite way cousing a lot of problems and privacy breaches.

you may also become signed in to someone else's account

first of all you will get kicked out of this forum and amzon when they fined out.
2. you wont be able to use personal document service.
3. you might just connect with someone how has parental controls enabled and wont be able to deregister or use internet cloud or the store.
4. you might get arrested and face charges!!
5.you may brick your kndle
i can go on and on but you get the point

Actually, this is a per-device setting, set on the device.

I know but the op seemed to be serious.

…and synced with the cloud hence you can normally deregistrar online, but with parental controls enabled you cant.

Was the error message actually "Internal Error"?
Or was it "Your Kindle Needs Repair"?

Have you tried to remove **all** of the books from your device and then doing a "Reset to (factory) Defaults"?

Did (do) you have OTA updates blocked?

What was the problem that you where trying to solve by registering and de-registering the device?
