Hi, welcome to the forum!

By promo codes you mean the ones from the contest? The reason is probably that you are a little too late to grab the codes. Usually higher codes like 55% and above are gone within a couple of minutes after being posted. You can try to look through the previous pages for unused codes (like arasyi's post), or for lower codes (45% and lower) if you like.

current coupon system may not working anymore (replace with RaCoupon),
don't know will it affect international kobo store too,

There is a special link if you live in Canada (No idea why, but that is the message I got in my associate email).

It expires tomorrow sometime. I was able to use a coupon successfully on a book in that selection. I do not know if that code will worth with anything NOT in that selection, but you could try it.

Also a few posts back, someone posted a different 30 percent off code that expires supposedly on the 28th. No idea which stores/countries, but I believe that one should still work.

Are the books you're trying to use the coupons on eligible for coupons? You mentioned Stress Test by Tim Geithner earlier and I know that's not couponable at least in the US or Australia.
